Do you accept insurance?

While ABAPS does not currently participate with any insurance providers, your insurance plan may provide you with out-of-network benefits that allow you to submit for reimbursement of a portion of your session.   As an out-of-network provider, ABAPS is able to offer high quality services to people and maintain your privacy. Please call the office to see how ABAPS can help facilitate reimbursement from your insurance carrier.

What are your fees, and what form of payment do you accept?

Please call the office to inquire about fees specific to the type of service you are looking for.  ABAPS accepts cash, check, and major credit cards.  Please note that in many cases, you may use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to cover a portion or all of your session. Please call the office for more information.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions can last from 50 minutes to two hours, depending on the type of service being provided, the patient's availability, the frequency of sessions (e.g. weekly v. biweekly), among other factors.

Is there a Cancellation Policy?

There is. Please call the office to cancel 24-hours in advance to avoid being billed for the missed session.
